At Kestrel Living, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. That’s why we offer warranty protection on all eligible items, giving you confidence in every purchase.

✅ Our Warranty Coverage :

Standard Warranty

Most of our furniture items come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Extended Warranties

Select items may include extended warranties (e.g., sofas, mattresses). Details will be provided at the time of purchase or on the product page.

🛠What’s Covered

  • Structural defects (e.g., frame, joints, hardware)
  • Manufacturing faults in materials (e.g., fabrics, finishes)
  • Workmanship issues (e.g., stitching, assembly
    faults)

❌ What’s NotCovered

  • General wear and tear, fading, or pilling over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or incorrect assembly
  • Exposure to sunlight, moisture, or improper cleaning products
  • Commercial use (unless stated otherwise)

📜Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

  3. We will assess your claim and provide a solution in line with your rights — this may include repair, replacement, or refund.

📦Return of Items

In some cases, you may be asked to return the item or a component for assessment. We’ll guide you through the process and help arrange collection if necessary.
